Phil's Last Ride

A unique 65 km tour takes you along the historical places where Philippe achieved a large part of his successes. Of course the finish line is drawn at the top of "his" Cauberg. After the tour you can enjoy the catering at Landal Kasteeldomein de Cauberg and the farewell criterion of Phil's teammates from the past and present. There is also an Expo Zone at the finish line where Classified, among other things can be tested.

Saturday 15 October

07:00 - 10:00 AM

Pick up start numbers at Shimano Experience Center, De Leeuwhof 2 at Valkenburg.

08:30 - 10:00 AM

Start of the cycling tour at Shimano Experience Center, De Leeuwhof 2 at Valkenburg.

Facilities

Parking

Parking is possible on the public car parks in Valkenburg, daily rate €9,-.

Or park on the specially designated car park next to our finish location Landal kasteeldomein de Cauberg, daily rate €10 (cash only!)
Navigation address for the car park: Rijksweg 165 in Vilt/Valkenburg.

Supply station

Along the way, there will be one supply station where you can refill your water bottle or sports drink. There will also be bananas, energy bars and cookies/muesli bars available.

Shower facilities

Afterwards there is a possibility to use the shower and changing facilities at Sporthal De Bosdries.
