Why does The PEPr Company BV process your personal data?
For participation in Phil's Last Ride we process various personal data, including to:
During the tour to keep track of your distances travelled and intermediate times; to link your name, start number and images taken during the tour to your account; to be able to provide crisis support during the tour when necessary.

- To contact you when necessary;

- To keep you informed of the latest news by email and via social media such as Facebook when you have given your permission;

The PEPr Company BV processes your data because you have given permission to do so and because it is necessary to be able to participate in the tour.
What personal data does The PEPr Company BV collect?
The PEPr Company BV may process different types of personal data for the above purposes:
- Contact details (including name, address, place of residence, date of birth, e-mail address, (emergency) telephone number);
- Participation data (including age, start number, chip number, photos and videos, distance, gender, possibly team name and/or company name, number of participations);

To whom does The PEPr Company BV provide your data?
The PEPr Company BV only shares personal data in accordance with this Privacy & Cookie Statement and only with third parties when it is lawful to do so and with care.

The PEPr Company BV may also provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary to facilitate your participation in Phil's Last Ride or when you have given your consent to do so. How long does The PEPr Company BV keep your data?
The PEPr Company BV will keep your photos and videos no longer than 24 months after the last ride. We will no longer use your email address after you have indicated to us that you no longer appreciate this. Other account information will not be kept longer than 24 months after your last login.

How can you exercise your rights? Access, correction or deletion of personal data
You can send an inspection, correction or deletion request to The PEPr Company BV. You can do this via the contact form on the website or by clicking on the link above and sending us an e-mail. Please clearly indicate that it concerns an inspection, correction or removal request based on article 35 or 36 of the Personal Data Protection Act. When you indicate that you no longer wish to be contacted (through a certain medium), The PEPr Company BV will include you in a file with the required information and your personal data will no longer be used for these purposes.
